I recently stayed at Hostal Gayser in Valladolid, Yucatan for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and functional, and the location in a friendly and safe neighborhood was perfect. I highly recommend visiting the nearby cenote Zaci, where the entrance fee is only 30 pesos. Additionally, the hostel offers affordable taxi collectives to the ruins of Ek Balam and Chichen Itza, making it easy to explore the area. a charming little town and a great place to stay.

The staff was very good and kind. the place was clean. - the location was great with easy access to the Cathedral of San Gervasio. - the hotel is situated in a very quiet residential area close to all the main sights in Valladolid. - the room was very clean and equipped with a dorm bed and fan.

The location of the hostel is fantastic, right next to downtown, Cenote Zaci, the bus terminal, and a great restaurant. When it rained, I enjoyed visiting Wabi Gelato for some relaxation and food.

Wow, I gotta say, Hostal Gayser was such a great value for my money! The room was clean and comfortable, and I even got a good night's sleep. The location was pretty perfect too, with easy access to the main square. And can I just shout out the staff for being so friendly and accommodating? They even let me check in early after a long bus ride. Highly recommended for solo travelers like me who want some privacy.
